What you'll do

• Deliver high-quality road and car-park markings (hot applied thermoplastic, MMA, paints).
• Set out works from drawings, RAMS and site instructions.
• Operate and maintain plant, pre-heaters and associated equipment
• Complete shifts safely, efficiently and to specification; sometimes evenings, nights and weekends, to minimise client disruption.
• Interact professionally with site managers, clients and the public, representing Fastlane with courtesy and dignity at all times.
• Maintain accurate project, site and photographic records for quality assurance.

What we look for

• Proven experience as a road marking operative (highways, car parks or civils).
• Excellent customer service skills – able to communicate clearly and politely with clients and the public.
• A can-do attitude, calm under pressure, and pride in finish and accuracy.
• Strong awareness of health & safety and quality standards.
• Comfortable with early starts, late nights, weekend working, and nights away with travel across the UK when required.
• Full, Clean Class B UK driving licence (Class C1 7.5t and Driver CPC advantageous).
• Own Reliable transport to our Benton Yard due to varying start and finishing times.
